Day 1: Arrival in Kigali Rwanda
Upon arrival in Kigali, you will be welcomed by our driver guide who will welcome you and help you with your bags and transfer you to your hotel to check-in at the hotel have lunch and then head out for a city tour in the afternoon and also pass by the market to buy some souvenirs. accommodation at urban by city blue hotel.
Day 2: Transfer to Akagera national park for a game drive.
Early in the morning you will be picked up by your driver at your hotel, he will drive you to Akagera national park which is located in the north of Rwanda, you will enjoy a game drive in the park and where you will have a chance to see a variety of wild animals like the elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalos, antelopes, zebras etc. you will have a lunch break at Akagera game lodge hotel and then after lunch we shall go for a boat ride where you will see more water animals and a lot of water birds and later return to your hotel in Kigali for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Nyungwe for a cultural visit and chimpanzee trekking
Early in the morning after your breakfast you will be picked by your driver who will drive you to Nyungwe en-route you will pass by Butare and visit the kings place in Nyanza, ethnographic center, the national museum of Rwanda which will provide you with deeper insight of the Rwandan culture and history. upon arrival in Nyungwe you will check in the hotel and relax. accommodation at Nyungwe top view hotel.

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking
Early in the morning you will wake up a bit early have breakfast and later be driven to the park headquarters at 4:30 am for briefing before starting on the trek at 5 am, you will be told about the dos and don’ts of the trek, the trek normally lasts 3 to 4 hrs.so it’s advisable to move with parked lunch and plenty of water as the chimpanzees are hard to predict. In the forest, you will not only see chimpanzees to but also variety of animals and birds like the Rwenzori Turaco, black and white casqued horn bill, colobus monkeys sometimes as many as 400 in a group. and when you get in contact with these creatures which are said to be the closest relatives of the humans with 98.7% DNA, you will be given 1 hour with them to take pictures and later proceed back down and be transferred to lake kivu to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Transfer to kibuye along the shores of lake kivu
After breakfast at your lodge/hotel, you will be transferred to Lake Kivu. The lake is one of the great lakes in Africa and is the largest of the fresh water lakes that gleam in the Albertine (Western) rift of the Great Rift Valley. On the shores there is the Kibuye town which is one of the country’s most attractive of lake ports, nestled in a series of interwoven and undulating hills and will offer you spectacular views of the lake and its islands plus the surrounding country side. Upon arrival, you will take a boat ride to different Islands on the lake and get to experience spectacular views of the surroundings and hills. Later on you will retire at your lodge for an evening relaxation, dinner and overnight stay at Lake Kivu Serena Hotel.
Day 6: Leisure time at the beach lake
In the morning you will have your breakfast and have some time for yourself at the lake beach as you meditate and relax, you will have lunch at the hotel, after lunch you can take a swim or just read a book by the beach overnight and dinner at the hotel.
Day 7: Transfer to Kigali
Early in the morning you will have breakfast and later be transferred to Kigali depending on the time of your flight you will be transported to the airport to catch your flight.
