Ubumwe hotel
It’s one of the tallest building on one of the tallest or highest hills in the city and it has the best view in town. Their restaurant is up top with a view towards kacyiru and beyond, on top of that there is a rooftop pool (for guests only).it’s the best night-time Kigali view, the stars reflect of the Kigali city tower on clear nights is magical.
Mountain Kigali
It’s stunning up on the hill with fresh air, forests that you can walk in and it’s full of lovely views everywhere you turn. You will see bustling Kigali on one side of the hill. A stroll through Nyamirambo either before or after the hike is another fun act to spice up a full day outing.
Pili pili
It has the best view in Kigali, not only is it perched high a hill, the restaurant itself has a bunch of different vantage points to take in.chill by the pool as you look over the city or head up to their second level for an even better look/view.
Their location is way out in kibagabaga which means that you have a view of pretty much the entire city.
Sun City hotel
Located in the cobbled streets of Nyamirambo, it has got quite the view with friendly service and some fine brochettes doubled with some panoramic views of Kigali.
Inzora rooftop café
The café has a lovely view from the side of the hill in kacyiru back to the city and it’s an awesome spot to watch the weather roll. The rooftop also has a scenery on top of that it has the best place for the most of spectacular sunsets behind the city.
Papyrus
The rooftop shadows under the moonlight.it has great views, weather the sun has gone down or up in the sky, the view remains spectacular.
Onomo hotel
Located in Kiyovu, the hotel has a panoramic view just by its poolside. It’s a fantastic place to come out for a dinner or evening and evening to watch the sun set and rise as you sip on some coffee or wine.
Camellia (MIC building)
Located at the top of a mall in Kigali, it’s on the 11th floor, this café has an open view from 3sides including a cool perspective on Kigali city tower. It’s affordable with good food.
Juru park
Located through Gisozi, you hike up till you reach up the hills of juru park.it feels like it’s on top of kigali.it comes close to one of the highest hills in the city. It’s a lovely place to come to relax away from the city because there is a park on top there.
kLab
Its takes up an entire 6th floor of a telecom house in kacyiru and though this prime viewing spot is actually an office space for IT people in Rwanda, they’re pretty open to visitors and also run regular events. The best part is that you’ve got an almost 360 degree view of the city from kacyiru back across to Nyarutarama and gacuriro plus you can see over to kimuhurura and then across to town and beyond.
